About Me
A word of warning. I have recently been advised that there are persons using my name and my photograhs to try and exploit women in various parts of the world. I understand that they trying to obtain money from them using Facebook and international dating sites. Portugal, The Phillipines, USA and South Africa have been involved in their schemes but other countries may also be involved. If you have any information regarding this I shall be grateful to receive this in order that I may pass it on to the Police. 10th April 2012
Firstly my actual name is David Frost but as there is another David Frost in the entertainment business I had to adopt a different stage name. Most of my early work is listed under the name David Frost. I chose the surname Norfolk to reflect my roots as I was born and still live in the County of Norfolk, England. I am married with children.
My previous job was as a Fire Brigade Station Commander having been in the Service for 29 years. As I always enjoyed dealing with the media, it was a natural progression to enter the entertainment business as an actor and model. I am disciplined, honest, punctual, flexible, positive and reliable. Since July 2008 I have acted in 34 feature films, with a leading role in one, Terror Nation, and three student short films. TV parts include roles in a BBC comedy series, BBC drama series, ITV drama series, Sky TV series and commercials. I have also done several modelling jobs and have been a guest many times on Radio Norfolk. I was a referee in a bare knuckle fight video which backs a track by the Rifles called The General and did a role play as Darth Maul in a dancing theatrical production at the Theatre Royal, Norwich in a show called Making It. Upcoming work in 2012 includes a starring role in the stage production The Legend of L'Inconnue. Details of this can be found at https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/The-Legend-of-LInconnue/238815999505073 It is a unique production encompassing art, music, acting and dancing and traces the legend of a beautiful woman who was drowned in the Seine in the 1890's through to today and the most kissed person in the world. Performances are planned at The Fisher Theatre, Bungay on 3rd and 4th July 2012 and The Forum, Norwich on 30th August 2012. Other perfomances in the UK and Norway may follow. Tickets are still available.
In addition to this I am currently writing a book called Fishing On The Moon which is nothing to do with fishing or the Moon but charts the new chapter in my life beginning with the lead up to my retirement. As you are reading this website, there is a good chance that you have already been mentioned in my book.
I have a car and a full unblemished licence including LGV. As a result of my previous job I am used to dealing with extraordinary situations. I am keen to progress in the acting business and take on more challenging roles. As I am retired I am available at most times.
